Delivery time of your order

Every effort is made to dispatch goods within 5 working days. Most orders are posted within 48 hours however there can occasionally be a delay in processing orders. As we ship worldwide, and postal services are variable across the world, please allow 21 days for receipt.


All prices listed are in pounds sterling
All goods remain the property of Barbados Stamps until fully paid for
All stock is available for sale subject to being unsold
All prices are subject to change without notice and are error and omissions are excepted
All items are sold as genuine unless otherwise stated or described ‘sold as is’ or ‘sold as seen’. Where relevant, this will be clearly stated on the listing.

We do not charge VAT on our stamp sales.

Images on the site

All images displayed in the general section of the site are produced as a guide only. Often, they are the actual stamps that you will receive, apart from generic ‘sets’ where we may use a stock image. Please note, the colour that is displayed must not be regarded as the definitive colour as the shade viewed may be subject to the quality of your computer and screen, but they are a good guide.

Posting and Insurance

By placing an order from this website by whatever means you are agreeing to the following:

We charge a flat rate for postage based on UK, Europe or Worldwide
We will post your order by whichever method we choose; if the order is for a larger amount, we will only post by a ‘signed for’ delivery method. This could be Royal Mail or courier. If additional charges apply, we will contact you beforehand to agree on a price.
In the unlikely event that your package fails to arrive, then the following will apply:
As per Royal Mail’s Lost Items Notice, Items will not be considered as lost until 15 working days for UK deliveries and 25 days for Overseas deliveries.
If an item is lost, then I will try to replace it in the first instance. If this is not possible then a refund will be issued for the cost of the item(s) including postage charges or to the maximum Insurance level (whichever is the smaller) of the Postage option you choose. Any refund will be made in the same form as the initial payment. For example, refunded to the same PayPal account.

Returns and Refunds


You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
