The new Barbados ‘Dove of Peace‘ stamp was issued yesterday, 8th December 2025, but don’t expect to see it any time soon.
The stamp, the very first embroidered stamp ever to have been issued by the Barbados Philatelic Bureau, is being made available as a mint, used (cancelled to order) and also as part of a First Day Cover.
The popularity of this stamp means that the Philatelic Bureau are inundated with requests for volumes of all of these items and servicing all those requests is going to take some time.
As such, my expectation is that there will be no stocks available in the U.K. this year, and anyone who has pre ordered any of these items from this website will be waiting until the New Year for them to be dispatched. Don’t worry though, every order is carefully logged and will be dispatched the moment the stocks arrive.
In all the years writing about the stamps of Barbados, I have never known such interest or excitement about a single stamp. It is the most popular stamp issue I can ever remember and definitely the most anticipated in the last 20 years.

The email would have been from admin at this domain name and may well have ended up in your junk. I have, however, received your order and will be fulfilling it as soon as stocks arrive.
Dove stamps from Barbados are available on ebay. When do you start to ship our orders?
Stocks have not yet arrived in U.K. or Europe yet, and we are not expecting them until January, at which point we will ship all orders.

Please note that stock are still not available in the U.K., so no orders can be dispatched. There is no firm date for delivery yet so deliveries cannot be scheduled and there is no specified date when this is going to happen. Unfoturtnately, this is out of our control and we will be dispatching orders as soon as stocks arrive.
