The popularity of this new stamp issue has, quite frankly, caught everyone by surprise.
The Philatelic Bureau in Bridgetown had envisaged that this might be popular, but the sheer weight of demand looks likely to exceed the original production run. In short, there may not be enough of these stamps to go around and because of this, as of today (17th December 2025) I’ve had to temporarily make the products unavailable to back order.
I am in ongoing discussions with the Bureau to understand the quantities that will eventually be available and the timescales involved, after which I will write another blog to update everyone.
Anyone who has back ordered already, your orders have been received and are awaiting the arrival of stock, which is likely to be in January, after which all orders will be fulfilled. In the event that there is a restriction in the stocks, orders will be fulfilled on a first come first served basis.
It’s quite astonishing that something as small as a postage stamp with a dove on could be so hugely popular. It gives one enormous hope, especially at Christmas time, that the central message of the stamp, that of world peace, is such an enduring wish.

UPDATE: It has been announced that there won’t be enough FDCs to fulfil all the orders due to strong global demand, so some of the later orders will be refunded. The good news, however, is that there will be enough stamps to fulfil all orders.

At the moment there is no link to share as back orders have been disabled. There are issues obtaining stock and until I can guarantee supply I've disabled the check out. I'll put another blog post out when stocks arrive.
There is no reply to queries since a month. Then what's the use of this blog and website, where there is no stock available...

The wait for my paid order has exceeded reasonable limits. Order number 15623, we are demanding a refund.
I've tried to send several messages through the website contact form but I am getting every time an error message. Why is this? Also there does not appear to be an email address on the website.
I'd also like to know why an email confirmation of my payment was not sent when I placed the order on 10 December.
Fortunately I kept a screenshot. But looks like I'm not the only one waiting. The order number is 15620.

Every order that is placed receives a confirmation, and every email sent to me receives a reply, though I haven't received one from your email address. The good news is that stocks arrive with me on Friday and I will be fulfilling all orders over the course of Friday and Saturday this week, and dispatching them as soon as they are ready. Good to read that you will receive enough stamps to fulfill all orders (except for FDC's) and that you are going to ship shortly. Looks like Barbados post office was not ready to receive that many requests, but it sounds quite normal when such a stamp is part of a series over several countries, everyone wants to have the full set. Very much looking forward to receive mine and have the whole set complete (including the UPU one).
Dear Jonathan, Thank you for the online updates on the Dove/ Peace issue. I hope you are able to honour my order 15588 in full. It's for my Barbados and birds collection. A straightforward order without demands. I look forward to receiving my order in due course. I hope the order/ package is tracked. Please pack securely and watertight to protect contents from the awful wet weather we are encountering in the UK.

Thanks for your comment and you should have received the package by now as it was sent first class on 24th January. All orders have now been dispatched and good news, more stocks are on their way in February!
